Shipping Policy

How will my order be shipped?

All US orders weighing less then a pound will be shipped via US Postal Service First Class Mail, US orders weighing over 1 pound will be shipped US Postal Service Priority Mail. Please contact us directly about large or bulk orders.

International orders will be shipped US Postal Service First Class Mail and with a Customs Declaration Form. Please make sure that other forms of documentation will not be required by your government before you order as we will not be able to provide them.

Shipping Times

Submitted orders are generally shipped within 2 – 3 days. The time in transit varies depending on your location. Orders within the Continental US should arrive within 7 days, orders to Canada should arrive in 8-15 days. Some international orders may take up to a month to arrive.

Do you ship to my country?

At this time, Reclaim Teas is only processing and shipping orders with billing and final destination shipping addresses located in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Turkey, Thailand, Singapore, India, South Africa, & Australia. Reclaim teas is not shipping to the European Union at this time due to the change in Value Added Tax. All pricing is in US dollars.

Duty and Taxation

Reclaim Teas is not responsible for any duty, taxes or other associated import fees that your government may impose. These additional costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Any taxes and possible duty are assessed and calculated by your government when your package enters your country’s customs and are collected from you when your country’s post delivers your package.

Orders Held Up At Your Country’s Border and Disposal Issues

Your country’s customs can hold your order for reasons that they may suspect as warranted. This usually involves a parcel search, product quarantine, or items within the parcel that may cause some concern with customs officials. These held up orders are not the responsibility of Reclaim Teas and can only be resolved by you and your local postal authorities. In the event that your country’s inspection agency quarantines, disposes or otherwise discards material which is not allowed into your country, this will become the sole responsibility of the buyer and Reclaim Teas will not issue a replacement nor refund for such occurrences. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know what is allowed into your country and what is not. If you have any questions concerning International Ordering please contact us.

Any questions regarding your Country’s Customs clearance of specific items as well as taxes and possible duty should be directed to your customs department.

Lost Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend filing a report through: USPS Missing Mail for such inquiries.
